Merge electron frontend updates from dev into main

Problem

Now that the frontend app includes the 3 core features of uploading the patient record file, undergoing deduplication, and downloading the results, the alpha version of DedupliFHIR is complete (aside from packaging and distribution of the electron app) and is ready to share.

Solution

Merge dev into main. Updates include:
