Right now the output is always an excel file named deduped_record_mapping.xlsx. This is clunky and bad.

The user should be able to determine the file format and filename of the de-duped data file.
Describe the solution you'd like
The output file will be determined by the last CLI argument passed into the CLI.
The format will also be determined by the last CLI argument passed into the CLI.
