Data Visualizations Are Not Ignored When They Are Missing
Expected behavior
The front-end should ignore any missing visualizations and format the page so that there isn't a noticeable gap where the visualization should be. This behavior should happen in the cases when there isn't enough data to show for that visualization.
Actual behavior
Right now, if a visualization is missing due to not enough data provided then there will be a placeholder gap populated by the Image's alt text.
