Frontend: Updated Website Copy + Minor Fixes

Problem

Solution

Updated Website Headers + Description as mentioned in #86. Included CMS official logo

Fixes include:

Added missing file extension calculation to graph-toggle component
Moved toggles to above graph
Fixed toggle bug where if selected graph button is clicked again, graph disappears
Provided write permissions to frontend linting checks
