Incorrect Hover-text when Hovering over the Closed/Merged Pull Request Section of the Pygals Gauge Graphs
Expected behavior
When the user hovers over the closed or merged portion of the gauge graph it should display the 'closed' hovertext or 'merged' hover-text respectively.
Actual behavior
The actual hover-text just displays the title of the graph 'Closed/Merged Pull Requests'
Steps to reproduce the behavior
Hover over the pygals gauge graph on the metrics report page.
