Open PR decrease colorization in org report table should be green instead of red
Expected behavior
Green means a metric is going in a positive direction, red means negative. Closing Open PRs is a positive action, therefor, it should be colored green instead of red (see: attached screenshot.)

Actual behavior
Closed PR decreases show up as red
