Issue Report

Create a markdown version of the Maturity Model Tiers to accompany the .pdf

Expected behavior

It would be nice to have a markdown version of this doc, not just a .pdf. The PDF also scrolls over two pages, and a markdown version would render in a single page.

Actual behavior

This file does not exist anymore. We removed the very klunky .md export from gdocs that was not rendering properly.
