Problem

Currently, our maturity models information is in a pdf form. We would like to convert the tables in this spreadsheet into markdown.

Solution

Created maturity-models-tiers.md with converted tables in both markdown and HTML:

• Ordinality Legend is in Markdown
• Simplified Table is in Markdown
• Ordinality Table with Sections is in HTML so I can merge the column cells

I attempted to color the table cell based on its ordinality value, however Markdown on Github does not support color... The best I can do is color the text (M, R, N). Do we still want to add color?

Will this replace maturity-models-tiers.pdf? SHould I delete?
