Acceptance Criteria:

There is a secure cloud hosted MongoDB instance
The MongoDB instance requires a username and password to connect
All developers have access to GCP project and MongoDB instance
There is a service account that the server will use to connect.
The server is able to receive username/password through environment variables (with safe defaults) for connecting to the databse.
