what M/bit rate beacon must use in this cleanurge mcu?

See, we are sending the level of waste accumulated and somehow the location of the beacon, so I think 2G speeds (a few kbps) are enough, and we will be sending the data using HTTP every few hours, so about 40kbps will be enough.
