[x] "What does digital transformation look like?": H3, paragraphs
[x] Manifesto header: H1, paragraph, H3
[x] Manifesto items: H6 + paragraph per item
Note that some of these are similar to content wells on the other pages, e.g. the manifesto items and value statements on the Mission page -- these should be migrated to reusable components to avoid code duplication.
