[ ] The top header on this page should be updatable from the CMS.
[ ] ~~Announcement box content should be updatable from CMS. Whether the announcement box should be hidden/shown should also be updatable from the CMS.~~ @SeaJerry highlighted the announcement box is used year-round, rather than temporarily, so it can be hardcoded into the template.
[ ] All text on this page should also be updatable from CMS, via a single Markdown widget.
