Broken Links to Lectures #3

The links to the lectures e.g. Intro to CLI on the root README.md all 404.

Should be e.g. https://github.com/DSCxUQ/notes/blob/master/1-CLI.md

I believe that @m-ish said that the reason for that is for the links to be viewable (as the browser otherwise prompts you to download it) via the GitHub Pages-hosted website
