Terminated sessions show up as "Preparation finished" #1021

When a session voluntarily terminates without the Collab Manager first requesting it to do so, the session status window shows it in yellow as "Preparation finished". This can happen for example when shutting down a Jupyter notebook server via File > Shut Down.
