Integration of `pure::variants` #258

The solution pure::variants should be integrated in the Collaboration Manager.

As the pure::variants data can be managed in Git repositories, it has to be integrated properly: https://github.com/DSD-DBS/capella-dockerimages/issues/47

In addition, administrators should be able to configure the pure::variants license in the frontend. The license has to be injected in the container.

Result of a discussion in the Capella Collaboration Manager planning (19-12-22):

Create another tool for pure::variants
Make sure to increase the version in the pure::variants tool on each new release of the images as well
[ ] The license key file has to be uploaded.
[ ] Integration with a pure::variants license server should only be done by administrators
[ ] Each tools gets two new options:
- Can be integrated with TeamForCapella
- Can be integrated with pure::variants
