Better warnings #10

Replaced the antiquated warnings system using the logging module

Refactored a few fromdict() method to increase abstraction and cohesion

I initially based the branch of uai-parser by accident. The reverts all remove the commits originating from that branch, because rebasing was not possible for some reason
