1) Explanatory data analysis to see the relationship between the house prices and categories: like “prices” vs “area of housing” - can be scatter plots, heatmaps, etc.

I have updated the branch "Part 1. EDA" with the files of "P3_Part1_EDA_cleaned.py" code, Jupyter notebook, its HTML version as well as California map image (cali.png) that were used.
