  This PR adds a lady beetle emoji (🐞) in the .github\workflows\issue-form-submission.yml file of the Deep-Learning-Playground repository. The emoji is added in the message that is displayed when a bug request form is submitted. The modified message now reads "Thank you for submitting the 🐞Bug Request Form". This change enhances the visual appeal and adds a playful touch to the bug request form submission process.
