[BUG]: website loads slow on dev mode #1036

Bug description

When I run dlp-cli frontend start, it takes too long for localhost:3000 to render, which reduces developer velocity

Steps to reproduce

cd ~/Deep-Learning-Playground && dlp-cli frontend start
