[BUG]: Dataset upload on tabular model creation does not allow uploading correct file type #1106

Bug description

Creating a model does not allow user to upload the correct file type.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Navigate to DLP dashboard
  2. Click 'Train Model'
  3. Select Tabular
  4. Give your model an arbitrary name
  5. Attempt to upload a file ending in .csv
  6. Observe that the Toast message does not allow you to upload the file citing "Please upload a file ending in .csv" despite the fact that the file you uploaded is a csv.
