Description

This pull request includes the following changes:

Updated the .gitignore file to include dlp-terraform/dynamodb/terraform.tfstate.
Modified the create-branch.sh script to include an exit command when the branch name is not provided.
Updated the dlp-terraform/dynamodb/dynamodb.tf file to change the region from "us-west-2" to "us-east-1" and modify the aws_dynamodb_table resource for the trainspace table.
Added a new file serverless/packages/functions/src/trainspace/create_trainspace.ts which includes a new Lambda function for creating a trainspace.
Updated the serverless/packages/functions/src/trainspace/get_all_trainspace.ts file to modify the QueryCommand for retrieving all trainspaces.
Modified the serverless/sst.config.ts file to change the region from "us-west-2" to "us-east-1".
Updated the serverless/stacks/AppStack.ts file to add a new API endpoint for creating a trainspace.
No changes were made to the serverless/yarn.lock file.
