Update all endpoints (crud) to the user table be compatible with the new table layout

Description

Update the endpoints to the User Table in the backend to reach the new table layout shown below: image

This includes making the create, update, delete, and get endpoints for the User table table with the correct parameters as well as creating unit tests for each endpoint, to be done in subtasks:
