[BUG]: yarn run startt not working in Ubuntu + WSL #934

Bug description

When we run yarn run startt in Windows Subsystem for Linux or Ubuntu, we are getting an error due to cuda issues in WSL + Ubuntu.

I looked on stackoverflow and was directed towards a known issue in Pytorch version 2.0.1.

The error message I'm getting is valueerror-libcublas-so-0-9-not-found-in-the-system-path

Run yarn run startt
