How to make EchoPet not need OP #592

I have a private server and my friend wants to have a pet. I have to quickly give him op. I dont want to do that. Is there a way to get rid of the need for OP? -Mineblock

get PermissionsEx or GroupManager then you can add the permissions to ur friend(s)
