Merge handlers for EntityDamageEvent and EntityDamageByEntityEvent in IndicatorListener #79

This change removes some duplicate code and adds comments to new code.

This commit is also the prerequisite to PR #80, though I'm not sure how happy GitHub's automatic merging facilities will be. (Alternatively, you can just merge #80 and close this one)
