This PR initializes our coverage matrix. This matrix can be used for tracking our coverage of domain-specific examples broken down by our handbook sections. A cell of this matrix will directly link to the example section of that given domain-section pair. This will ease the findability of examples and the identification of domains that may need additional efforts. We can iterate on this matrix to ensure every domain we want to capture is listed. This was constructed by going through the available majors at Stanford. I will include the examples we already have to our post-processing steps.
