Our GitHub groups will primarily focus on GitHub management whereas the domain-specific teams are developing their handbook content. This distinction will help us focus our community and nicely wrap into the Teams capability on GitHub.
In order to keep our processes transparent, it would be beneficial to specify our decision-making guidance (e.g. merging a pull request). These can follow our implementation in BIDS (in particular: https://github.com/bids-standard/bids-specification/blob/master/DECISION-MAKING.md#rules).
