This file ported over nicely - most of the information was domain general, minimal scrubbing was needed. There were a few examples we can reincorporate once the migration has been complete. We can initialize this with the examples section included in this file. If we see the examples section gets quite large, we can separate and make it a folder with the domain specific examples within.

This PR also initializes our file organization
