How to treat (interface)concepts outside the language? #3

When you extend BaseConcept, should this one be shown in the graphical editor? Maybe in a kind of "package" construction? Or should it be left out and just use the textual editor for extension? But if you do the second, then how to properly keep the graphical editor up to date with the data model?
