The 2018-Iowa-AI-Final.pdf document describes seven different measures of opportunity or access that are considered when evaluating impediments to fair housing. The model is not recognizing these seven measures/indexes and is making things up when I specifically ask about them (see pg. 55 of the source document for list of the measures). These measures and the issues they address are mentioned repeatedly throughout the document, but the model seems obsessed with disability only.
