Update readme with the minimum requirement details under GKE section. #3

In description, it is said that more than 5 nodes are required to deploy datastax. But the cluster creation command has the arg(num-nodes 5) which is expected to spin 5 node cluster. It could be better to say that datastax can be deployed on 5 node cluster also if it is possible.
