/givemoney admin command not working #203

Without an items list, I couldn't find the item name for pistol ammo and figured the quickest way for a refund was just to buy it myself, put it in their pocket and refund myself the money. When I tried to do /givemoney admin command, it used to work...now it comes up with this when I tried cash and when I tried bank:
