Courier job pay delay kicking from vehicle

Not sure if this is something that can even be fixed but...with the courier job, there is a delay with getting paid upon completing the job, which will make you get out of a vehicle upon completion even if your seatbelt is on. Not sure if we can remove the part about getting out of a vehicle or the delay in getting paid?
