Cancel Fishing #291

You currently can't stop fishing so if you fall off a boat, you'll drown. If we can add boat anchors and a cancel fishing?

There have been more requests and server suggestions for an anchor mechanic

Moving it to incoming to make sure we are aware of this, there has been 2-3 suggestions recently regarding it

added. tested. F1 while in boat to drop and raise anchor

Not sure if there's a way we can add cancelling fishing? If you fall off still while fishing or accidentally jump into the water while fishing, you cannot 'cancel' fishing and ultimately sink to the bottom and drown.
