Nylon Rolls? #336

Currently the only use for nylon rolls is racing harnesses. We're at the point of...I can no longer buy them from people as it's just taking up storage and we have like 900 and it takes 4 per harness set (the entire car), so they will have absolutely nothing to do with them besides throw them on the ground.

Not sure if we could maybe add these to even the bum selling items? Maybe bums would use the nylon rolls to patch up some of their items?
