NetCDF does not contain all pixel outputs #4

Please verify that all DSSAT-Pythia pixel outputs are correctly written and complete in the corresponding NetCDF file. Indeed, pythia2ggcmi is not writing all the outputs in the NetCDF file.

Do you have some way of verifying that pixels aren't being written? Is there a script you are using to test this?
