The tones can be quite shrill sometimes, adding an option to be able to lower the volume of the tones would be a great addition to the software.

I 2nd it, it would be fantastic if you could filter the volume on EMS & Fire tone outs. But as we all know they can be/are a problem on regular scanners also and could understand that it might take more eleibrate coding than it would be worth.
