RSPduo - unable to enable tuner 1 after disabling #1649

Describe the bug In RSPduo, unable to enable tuner 1 after disabling.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to '...' Tuners window
  2. Click on '....' RSPduo Tuner 1 then click DISABLE
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error

Expected behavior The Enable button should be available to click but instead the entire right window is blank In Dual Tuner Selection Mode, Tuner 1 and Tuner 2 Enable button is greyed out. However when in Single Tuner Selection Mode, Tuner 2 does not have this issue. I was able to disable and re enable it.

@winstonsf what is the current setting in your User Preferences for RSPduo operating mode?
