Playlist Editor - Search RadioReference For Frequency #780

Add a new tab to the playlist editor for radio reference. Allow the user to set their location. Add a search feature that allows the user to type in a frequency and find search results near their location.

Update the spectral display to show context menu with 'Search Radio Reference' for the frequency value under the cursor. This will allow users to discover what the frequencies are under their cursor.

also consider pre-fetching all nearby frequencies from radio reference based on location and active tuner range; IE download all identified frequencies in range 851-860 MHz within x distance of user location
