This sounds more like a request for support/help... please send support requests to our Tech Support list at https://groups.google.com/g/dspace-tech/ Please make sure to also provide the version of DSpace you are using, which UI you are using, etc as described at https://wiki.lyrasis.org/display/DSPACE/Support

Hello DSpace Sofware developers,
I'm having problems with the recommendation system. In the file dspace.cfg I already enabled the option
webui.suggest.enable = trueand disabled the need to login to recommend an item. However I am still getting the message that an authorization is required to perform the action. I didn't find such a topic in the official documentation and so far I haven't found any data in forums.
