Header changes

• Edit the header to ensure that the "Cloud VCL" title is in line with the text for the other tabs. http://getbootstrap.com/css/#type-alignment ^ This documentation will tell you how to align text
• Add accent highlight colors that underline each tab "Assignment", "Environment", "Courses" http://getbootstrap.com/components/#nav-pills ^ This documentation will tell you how to incorporate this look into our current navbar

Acceptance Criteria:

• Nav bar text is consistently aligned and is inline with each other
• Navbar tabs are highlighted with accent colors
