Add bHaptics support to GTFO VR plugin.

Implemented haptics:

Directional damage
Recoil
Weapon reload
Out of ammo
Hammer charging
Hammer fully charged
Hammer smack
Death
Tentacle attack
Healing
Weapon ammo gain
Tool ammo gain
Disinfection
Elevator sequence
Physical crouch/stand toggle
Fall/jump landing
Heartbeat at low health
Bioscan
Item switch
Item pickup
Flashlight toggle
Nearby mine explosion
