This adds support for Shockwave Suit full body haptics.

A refactoring of the bHaptics code was done to be more flexible and allow to easily add support for more body haptic suits.

LGTM!

I'd say the only thing it's missing is an update to the build script in the root folder and a version bump. (Not sure if you'd like to pick that up though.)
