Turkish support #2

i want to use it in Turkish

Would anybody be willing to translate this? I know a big part of Put.io's userbase is Turkish, so I'd love to support it it in the app. Unfortunately, I don't speak Turkish at all!

i'm a volunteer to translate to Turkish. Which file should i use?
