adding torrents when you don't have space for the files fails silently

It seems as though the addition has simply failed; when you try it on the website you get an error and realise that you need a bigger account or to delete some files :)

I'll need to listen for a response from the server when uploading torrents. The way it's done now is kind of lazy, I admit! I'll get to work on this ASAP.
