Yeah, not sure about this one. Its a file from NEMOH.
I've opened a bug report on their forums which is here: http://lheea.ec-nantes.fr/redmine/boards/3/topics/674
Can you provide more details? Which anti-virus was this? Is there more detail about the virus that was detected?
The anti-virus were both "F-Secure" and "Trend Micro", in two different computers. Both detected the file has an Trojan Horse. No more information than this is given unfortunately.
I think it can be assumed that these are false positives. Some of the ".bat" files in the source code are also considered malicious by some anti-virus. I'm not even sure that its utilised.

Hi,
Thanks for reporting this problem. As far as I know, Nemoh is free from viruses thus it must be a false positive.

This looks like a false positive so we will add some warnings in the documentation. I'll leave this open until that work is completed.
I'm going to leave this one open to see if anyone is still encountering this issue with version 2.0.0
Hi WavEC and HOR5E.
FYI, I have this same issue with Mesh.exe today. I was trying run Nemoh matlab routines in a Windows 10 64-bits and Microsoft Defender shows me Trojan:Win32/Wacatac.H!ml at the moment when was unziping Nemoh-master.zip file. All the files date 11/23/2022 Nemoh V.3.0.1 downloaded from GitLab on 03/30/2023.
When i was trying to install the DTOcean tool i had to shutdown my anti-virus as it was picking up part of the installation (the /bin/Mesh.exe file) as an Trojan Horse...
