KB2482017 on IE7 XP renders no drawing

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install IE update 2482017
2. Attempt to view any drawing with excanvas.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see the graph, plot, shape, etc.  The actual output is the border 
and any text such as labels.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows XP, IE7 with KB2482017

Please provide any additional information below.

XP, IE8 with KB2482017 also fails to render.
Win7, IE8 with KB2482017 works fine.
