Get list of targeted servers/zones in SADE #9

We need a definitive list of SADE Pensions components and what their role is to properly build meaningful dashboards. Ideally these would be grouped by environment so that we could report on status per environment.

Specifically, we need access to URL's that can be used as health-check endpoints.
