Make system not hold on to webcams #22

I have worked a bit on this allowing systems to easily let go of cameras. Some code may not work though - @laura-rieger I think we may have to test the notebooks together tomorrow :/

Finally 8a025d99fdd618f199479e2eb6a14c09819e6669 seems like a good solution.
