I think that if a demon transformation were to be added, it could be called Evil Incarnate. It'd heavily boost Durability and Resistance (think of it as though they become some sort of "impenetrable evil") with a slight buff to Strength and Force. Not certain on the BP multiplier or static BP.
It'd be achieved through training in Hell for a specific amount of time, as well as being mastered much quicker in Hell than anywhere else. Would probably be a god form.
